Friendly service but shoddy workmanship on a key I had cut. The same key was twice cut poorly and after that I didn’t bother bringing it in a third time but went to lock, stock, and barrel in Walden.

Popped in to Tesco today and while shopping needed a shoe repair. Popped over to Damien at Timpson to see if we could buy something to do the repair at home. He asked to see the show and within minutes had done a repair for us. Brilliant service!

Rubbish service , man , don't know name , refused to do a passport photo at 17.56 because he finished at six .I had just watched him do a mother and son in about 5 minutes.Didn't have time to do mine .Thanks mate , you know who you are .Returned when the above gentleman was absent , dealt with Thom , who was 100 percent .Job done in 5minsWill recommend Thom , thanks

Excellent service. Phil went the extra mile to sort out the problems. Once was related to key cutting (tuning re cut for free) and another to replacing the remote car battery (partial refund as key was the problem, and battery was of no use).

Went to there shop in tesco today for a watch battery but got told that I had to pay for a lifetime guarantee to get it done which was over £40 as you can imagine was not getting it done very poor service and will never use them again for anything, discussed with this if there was a minus rating I would give it
