I took my rear left alloy in for a new tire. The price was fine and as expected but what wasn’t expected is the scratched rim. Not only was the front face of the rim scratched, but the top side of the rim has a nasty gash in it that will definitely not be an easy fix. I certainly will not be going back if they are this careless with a simple tire change.*update*Thank you for your reply. Im not sure what you are on about? I only had the one tire done and it was on Tuesday (two days ago) and I have not had it changed it since it was fitted. No one spoke to me about the rim as a member of staff quickly put the wheel in the boot of my car as they clearly knew what they had done. I only spotted the damage as I was putting the wheel back on the car. It sounds like you have had another incident the same today. The wheel was absolutely perfect before taking it in, they are only about 4 months old. Your guard either needs replacing or actually using.

Really good service from Mersey Tyres. Gave me 2 prices for my service in case I needed new spark plugs. They checked them and said I didn't, so paid the lower price. This demonstrates their honesty and customer service.

Lovely and efficient service, took car in for an exhaust rattle. Dropped car off the night before, and got a call half an hour later with a quote that was less than we thought it would be. Works completed first thing the next day! It was also the only garage I found with availability the same week! Would definitely recommend!!
