SCAM Company- Shambles of a company. Ordered a rug 3 weeks ago and like others, no communication when it's coming even though it mentioned 7 - 10 days delivery. Do not order online from these guys. I'll be giving them a visit as I want a refund! Absolute embarrassing to be doing business online

Very happy with the rug we received from Ornatus Interiors. It is exactly what I was hoping for. It arrived well packaged so was undamaged. It is a pleasing shade of green and is lovely, soft and velvet-y underfoot. It is substantial but not too thick as we have underfloor heating and this is a consideration for us when purchasing any floor coverings.

After ordering I was panicked by negative reviews & a delay warning & so tried to cancel. The phone is not answered & emails ignored but surprisingly my order arrived in a couple of days & is perfect! So an overall great experience for me although I would hesitate in future purely down to the inability to make contact with anyone. Simple thing to sort - make the quality of the service match the products.

SHAM - I ordered a rug the 1st of September I received an immediate email to explain that my order would take time to process as they are a small Company etc.I have tried to call them several times as I had an email enquiring on feedback for the rug “, I STILL NOT RECEIVED”.I have emailed several times with no reply’s and the contact number is just a person stating leave a message.Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I have raised a Fraud alert with my bank and have asked for a refund.

There is always a bit of trepidation when buying from somewhere new online but I was delighted to receive my 3 tables in very good condition and well packed to avoid any damage. They are a good quality weight, the mirror tops are nice and smooth and clear and they genuinely look lovely. Very pleased. I have no hesitation in buying from Ornatus again.

I ordered 2 items late September and was told via their website that I would get them delivered within 3 days. 3 days later, I sent them an email requesting for an update regarding my order as I hadn't heard from them and payment had already been taken out. I tried calling them too, but their line kept going directly to voicemail- even during working hours.Their lack of communication is abysmal!I wouldn't have minded if there was a delay, but the fact that there is no communication from them is just unacceptable.Funnily, as soon as I opened a case and complained via PayPal (which was my method of paying to them), and threatened to take matters further, they managed to issue a refund the following day!This is definitely an online site to avoid. I ended up not receiving my delivery ofcourse, and now just waiting for the refund to hit my accountThe number on here isn't their correct one, and the one on their website is switched-off/goes-straight-to-voicemail

I love this rug! I already owned this rug in sage green for my nursery and now that I’ve moved my toddler to a big boy room I’ve purchased again in blue. It’s so soft, a lovely design, and the color is so nice. I would recommend this rug again and again . I had a great buying experience with Ornatus Interiors as well. I did need to contact customer service but they were friendly and very clear about the reasoning behind the delay of my rug shipment (very much out of their control by the way). I still received my rug in a reasonable time frame and I’m really pleased.

Ordered a rug online., has not arrived, yet they took my money. No contact, all telephone calls are diverted to an answerphone and no emails answered. Cant get any worse. I paid through PayPal and have escalated to a claim and full refund. Shop in Stirling has closed down and Companies House shows accounts are overdue by 13 months. Maybe gone into liquidation but still taking peoples money? If only the owners had the decency to return correspondence. Dont buy from this company!

My initial review of this company was negative but having spoken to a person there (Phil), I would like to leave more positive feedback.In summary, the company seems to be experiencing logistical delays receiving and shipping items due to a large quantity of orders and short staff. Furthermore, all resource seems to be attending to despatching items rather than answering phone calls. Knowing this, I would use the company again but would communicate by email, which is monitored effectively, should I have despatch concerns.I placed an order for a rug one week ago and expected delivery this week. I received no delivery update and was unable to contact the store by telephone.Given the inability to contact the company and frustration re uncertainty about delivery, I emailed requesting a refund. I was immediately refunded but having received a reply by email and given an explanation, I resubmitted the order and the rug was delivered successfully within 24 hours.I recommend if other customers have queries, send an email rather than try tocontact by telephone. In my case, several emails were replied to later the same day.Finally, I would also like to thank Phil for taking the time to explain the situation and for having the resubmitted order delivered within 24 hours.

Fantastic service ordered one day arrived the next in perfect condition. The rug goes perfectly with our colour scheme and is thick and luxurious. Worth every penny
