Is there a minus stars option?I rented a property with Northwood for almost 3 years and boy was I disappointed! Firstly when going to sign my contract they had the outgoing tenant on the contract and not myself, then once moved in it took them all of a year and a half to send someone out to look at the broken shower door, it took them 3 months to send someone out to attend to my broken toilet. Everytime I asked them to ask the owner for permission to have a pet they said the owner said no only to find out from the owner himself that they had NEVER even asked him. They advertised the property with parking, yes there is parking but its at a1st come 1st served basis, 9 times out of 10 I wasnt able to park by the flat and in fact 2 nights in a row that I had to park away from the flat my car got keyed right around no panel left untouched. So if I got home anytime after 16:00 not a chance was I getting parking.I feel for the owner as he has no idea what he is paying his hard earned money for. I have almost 12 years property experience and I have never come across this kind of service!

Got us into the property in literally a few days, over the weekend too! Highly recommended!

Worst estate agents ever, they didnt tell us the landlord wasn't happy to sign a renewel until 5 months later when we got an eviction notice because he just wanted his house back apparently, we almost ended up on the streets due to this short notice and there none commutation right before xmas and we are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 5 years old and 2 adults that are not in great health

Northwood Salisbury have been great helping us with our move. They’ve been really supportive and communicative, efficient and reassuring and Andrea and Pari have both been positive and patient throughout the process.The paperwork associated with the move has been really well prepared and I feel confident that they’ll be there to support us during our time as tenants.I’d highly recommend them!

Very poor communication. Very unprofessional. Pick and choose when to stick to their own rules. Please AVOID!!! They do not treat their tenants with any respect.
