Be warned! The agency has its pros and cons. On the positive side, they are prompt in addressing and fixing issues, which is a significant advantage. In my experience, I never encountered any problems in that aspect.However, they conduct inspections frequently, but the short notice can be bothersome at times.One major downside is their tendency to increase the rent significantly. When I moved in, the rent was £825, but they quickly raised it to the maximum of £875. After I left, they further increased it to £1220, which shows they are likely to raise the rent whenever they get the chance. Additionally, they withheld some of my deposit, making the claim at the last minute, leaving me with insufficient time to contest it. This tactic felt rather cunning on their part.

They are the most disgusting stay agency they let themselves into people property without letting you know they think they can do whatever . And they will never tell the people the truth that the flat has too much mould an electric is sky high

Avoid at all costs. Joanna is a terrible person and has little to no knowledge. Takes advantage of situations to benefit herself and the company. If anyone has any common sense then look elsewhere as it will save you a lifetime of hassle
