Prof Lee was the surgeon who performed a Lipogem infiltration under local anaesthesia for my refractory left knee osteoarthritis at the HSSH in the middle of May of this year. The whole care pathway from admission to discharge (same day procedure) was stream-lined and characterised by caring staff. Prof Lee is competent, multi-talented (a surgeon who can put IV lines in and do ultrasound in addition to operating !) and approchable. He was reassuring before, during and after the procedure; and above all else, was kind to me.
