The pricing for the job initially seemed reasonable, including the cost of scaffolding. However, there were several issues. The wrong type of scaffolding was installed, resulting in the need to remove a brick for access to an unreachable area. Additionally, because of the scaffolding mishap, they failed to replace all the broken tiles around the chimney. Now, a year later, the flashing is leaking again, and I find myself needing to arrange yet another repair.
