Honestly don’t have a issue paying upfront but the taxi man was rude and then just talked on his phone the whole time.You don’t need to be on your phone 24/7 especially when you have a paying customer in your car!This has gone from 5 star to 2 star. I won’t be using your service again.

Rang for a quote for another day and was informed that I would get a text saying it was being dispatched and I should ignore. Then proceed to get a call from a driver telling me he was at the destination, when I told him it was a mistake by the company he was extremely rude and hung up on me. This company is ridiculous and rude.

Got a taxi from birky to Holmbridge drop off on way in south crosland and got charged £35. Such a rip off. £25 maybe but definitely not £35. Lesson to learn always get a price.

My son and a friend recently used Lockwood taxis to get them home after a night out. They were a little worse for wear, but their driver was kind and understanding and made sure they got home safely. However, in the process my son lost his phone. The driver and firm went above and beyond to get this back to us, with the driver charging the phone (that had switched off) to make sure he would receive any incoming calls that might help them return it to its owner. We now have the phone back and I am really grateful for the amazing service we have received. I would definitely recommend this firm!
