Stanley was able to provide a quote quickly to repair, sand back and restain my floors. He talked me through potential options and advised me what on he thought be the best option for my floors. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the floors look great! Really pleased and would 100% recommend

Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding
Really disappointed. Stanley and his colleague came over and they were very nice but after leaving them to it I came back and realised the floors were rough to touch (slippers were ok but the floors pulled on socks) - they hadn’t used a fine enough grade paper to finish the job. The wood filling they did was also really slap dash. I then contacted Stanley to say I wouldn’t want him back to do any more rooms but asked if he could return the tins of osmo I had paid for. Despite a call and two messages, I haven’t heard anything back. Real shame and sadly can’t recommend him.

Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding
Had a great experience with Stanley and Antonio. Fast quote and fast to start work. Even though we had a few issues along the way (a leak onto the floor and changed decision on the stain colour), Stanley was flexible and able to talk us through alternatives so that we ended up with a floor we loved. Efficient, clean and very punctual. Would recommend!

Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding
I am very happy with the work the Stanley and his colleague have accomplished in our home. They sanded and varnished 3 bedrooms + stairs in a week and the final work speaks itself. The team was always professional, polite going the extra mile fixing extra things for us. I would recommend them to anyone and I will ask them to help us with other jobs in the house.

Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding
They can get quite aggressive when you question their work. They overestimate how long a job will take. They are also expensive. More specifically, I wasn't happy with their work and I am having to pay other people to fix it.

This two gentlemen are so effective that my kitchen wooden floor was sanded and varnished to perfection within 2 days to the exact idea I had in mind. They left a lovely distressed effect that I am still amiring. Not a speck of dust. They were on time and delivered. Thank you so much

Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding
We are delighted by the work done by Stanley and Antonio to our parquet floor. It had been stained red and we had no idea what to do about it, but Stanley was quick to give us a quote which we felt was reasonable and fair, and they started work very quickly and transformed our floor to a very high standard. They were also very tidy - no mess was made and they were friendly and worked hard. We would definitely recommend Perfect Wooden Floor Sanding and use them again. Thank you!
