AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Terrible experience. Went in for a cracked screen replacement and after several DAYS I ended up with a broken phone and had to get a new one. I am now ~£380 pounds out of pocket as he won't take responsibility for his actions. Will be taking him to small claims court.

Absolutely ripped my son off. Charged me 100 pounds for new screen and back. Got the phone back kept turning off all the time. Took it back day after to say he would change screen and back again. Went to pick up and still doing same thing. Never will I use this service again. My son is absolutely heart broken his iPhone 11 which he saved nearly a year to buy as been broken by arrogant people
