The service was outstanding. The moment you enter the door you get welcomed by the staff. Daniel was particularly helpful. He guided me all the way from choosing my bike and accessories up to the moment I collected it when my cycle scheme certificate was issued. He was really patient and accommodating. Great customer service! The store has a great ambiance and is very spacious too. There was plenty of options available. So happy I decided to get my first bike in Trek Battersea!

Best bike shop ever!!! I am so lucky that it's my most local one - the staff are SO friendly, SO helpful and SO knowledgeable!!! They can instantly pick out the issues and solutions on the spot, either keeping your bike for repair (normally for 24hr or less) or giving you excellent recommendations for what you need. I'm especially fond of the fact that they don't judge you for asking novice questions or coming in for minor repairs - or they hide it well if they do :-DHighly recommend this shop to all!

As someone who relies heavily on his bike to commute, I was really pleased to have walked into Trek at Battersea Reach to fix my broken chain and gears on my bike. The Team at Trek really know what they are doing. Not only did I get my bike back in time for my next long commute, given their knowledge, I was able to pick their brains about my bike - what they knew about the make and model, the longevity of some of the parts and when I should look at changing some of them and more. I highly recommend them.

Really helpful - such great service (5pm 3 August 2023). Picked up a click and collect order and the staff member also found the right Garmin and light mounts for me so I bought those too, then he really helpfully fitted them to my trek bike and even helped adjust the saddle angle to fit better. Thanks a lot - will definitely cycle back here in future if I need any more bike components or accessories.

Collected my new bike today and could not be happier. The whole process of reservation and collection was incredibly simple and smooth. Edward, the lovely customer services guy, made sure everything was in order before I set off on my long journey home. He is certainly an asset to the company!

Daniel was one of the most helpful sales people I have EVER experienced. Went above and beyond to help when a part I ordered went missing in the post, and then when it became apparent that I hadn't ordered everything I needed, helped out to ensure that I got everything I needed, and then helped install it all. Top top service.
