Paid for 48 Tracked, parcel stuck at Jubilee MC, tracking not updated for 3 days and managed to get items shipped from China to UK in the meantime and Royal Mail STILL NOT delivered my item which is a present. What a terrible service and they are really really bad! Still no sign of my parcel 5 days later! Still waiting! :-( Just terrible!

This centre is probably the worst in Royal Mail. It is unbelievable to wait 5 additional days for a next day delivery! Only happens when packages are routed through Jubilee MC Depot in Feltham

My parcel 48 hour tracked, has been stuck hear for 2 weeks. Does anyone know if parcels are actually being delivered from here? I read lots of people saying their parcel is stuck but not if they actually do get them. Quick update it has now been a month since I posted my parcel and still no sign of it last received on 11th Oct at Jubilee but no updates since. Have made a claim but this really isn't good enough.

ZERO stars. My parcel from an Etsy seller arrived here on 1st Nov. Still here nine days later...I heard a radio piece recently about an area (to the SE of London I think) where the persons Radio Times" would arrive 3 weeks late. We have great service where I live (SW8) but what is going on at JMC? Why are the bosses not sorting out what is clearly an ongoing problem!UPDATE: I got my parcel on 10th November. So it DID arrive - just took a little longer than expected."

Terrible service! The fact that the RM were happy enough to strike despite continually delivering a shocking service is a joke. My item reached Jubilee MC on the 31.10.23 with 24h tracked delivery and now on the 10.11.23 its still held there with no update or anyway of contacting them is ridiculous. The seller has now kindly sent me a replacement item sent by DHL that arrived the next day. I hope these sort of issues just continue force more customers away from RM, as unless the service dramatically improves I really can't see there any point in it still existing

Relatives from abroad sent gifts for my son's birthday. They arrived at Jubilee MC 14 days ago and are still not delivered. They should fire all employees and employ squirrels they would do a far better job.

Most people only leave reviews when things go wrong or missing so trying to be fair. I live in Newcastle and was receiving a parcel that was tracked 24 and coming up from Jubilee MC. Received it no problems and in the specified timescale. Over Black Friday weekend as well! Fair play. Cheers folks

I googled this out of curiosity. Most people come here to complain due to a non moving package. The truth is that those cases are 1 in a million. It happeend to me once last year, but the package just arrived with 4 days delay. For the rest, the packages are just delivered in time. Royal mail with their really affordable Tracked48 service with insurance up to 150 pounds are still unbeatable.

My item arrived to Jubliee MC on 28 Nov, 5AM but there is no update after that. I had sent crucial documents to visa office. I am completely uncertain what to do. I have used Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm". What a waste of service after paying such a premium price!!Now the customer care suggesting to claim a refund. If I loose my Passport

Amazed this place hasn’t yet improved. 24/48 hour delivery just isn’t possible when your parcel is routed via this depot. I’m not being negative based on a one time occurrence - packages being undelivered within the timeframe is common.I thought by now, Royal Mail - a private company which pays shareholders a lot of money - would have had this sorted.Obviously not! I’ll be using another overnight carrier. It will be more expensive, however I hope it arrives within the contracted timeframe.
