Good service. Ordered suggested size practice shoe which unfortunately was too small. So returned for a refund and ordered the next size which were fine. Orders were dealt with promptly and refund were applicable executed within a few days. The only negative is that you have to pay for postage of returned items which they require to be signed for so return postage can be expensive. However this is offset in my case with the free delivery charge. Would use them again as I found these shoes cheaper on this website than on the branded website.
