DHL Parcel UK Depot

Really friendly and helpful guy helped me find a parcel that hadn’t arrived and helped me out to my car with it to check it would fit before he marked it as collected. Really great customer service.

Delivery company incapable of actually performing their one task. Depot doesn’t even pick up the phone for internal calls so their own customer service can’t actually do anything. Absolute shambles. Sadly I can’t give them zero stars.

Horrible delivery drivers. Put a parcel through my door for the next close along. Called them to get them to collect and gave them my number. No one called and put a card through saying I was to deal with it. To say am angry at this 20p shambles of a company is an understatement. I HAVE CANCER AND DEALING WITH THE HOSPITAL. SHAME ON YOU DHL AND YOUR AWFUL LAZY DRIVERS.

Nobody at the reception for 35 minutes. I rung the bell 5 times and still nothing. I had to ring customer service to sort my problem. Customer service Coventry were very helpful and curteos

Had to do a collection on 23rd Dec but once we got there the parcel was nowhere to be found. It appeared that one of the delivery drivers had accidentally taken it out. So had to visit again the next day to collect it. Although it created problems for us since we had gifts to send and we couldn't because of Xmas holidays but I did find the staff quite friendly and helpful. They listened and tried to help as much as they could to sort the problem hence the 4-star rating..

Shocking service from this depot. Lied about failed delivery 2 days running. Will never use DHL again for anything we send to Scotland. Having to collect the parcel from the depot by other means now. Reading other reviews it seems this depot has a history of appauling service. Letter of complaint going to be sent to the UK head office as this sort of service is not acceptable. Certainly wont be paying the invoice when it comes through. Big shake up needed at this depot by all accounts, from top to bottom. If i could rate this as a minus i would do.

Attempted delivery to wrong address multiple times, can't contact them as it won't pass me to a handler as I can't confirm the postcode of the wrong address they have on the packaging. Now the vital parts for my car repair are delays past the repair date as you can't speak to any humans in this company.**** ADDED 13:12PM ****I reached a human, took ages but I did, they couldn't communicate with the depot or driver, they couldn't tell me what your complaint process is or when I would get the parcel. They couldn't tell me why my tracking number now says on your website its invalid. My last action yesterday on the tracking number was to request a redelivery to a local collection point. Hope it shows at some point. The seller said they use Royal Mail, I wish this was the case.

Drivers do have contact details of the person they are delivering to. Why they never even try to call when attempt to deliver? Of course easier is to drop a calling card than heavy package. They are wasting time, additional efforts and petrol. This is pointless and totally non professional.[edit] I previously rated this service as very poor, but I did more research and found direct phone number to the delivery depot and happily discussed the problem to solve it. I still can't rate it any higher as contact details to get to the company and speak to a person rather than useless automat is difficult to find.

I am deeply concerned by the discrepancy between the tracker's updates and the actual delivery attempts. Despite being home for the past two days, the tracker consistently indicates that delivery was unsuccessful due to an inability to access the address. This raises questions about the accuracy of the tracking system and the professionalism of your drivers.This experience has been disheartening, and it's further exacerbated by the growing trend of DHL drivers failing to deliver packages to customers.I am disappointed with the substandard service, unreliable tracker, and overall poor reputation of DHL. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and address the issues promptly.

Driver John Paton (route 017) of the Cambuslang depot is the best. Always greeted with a smile and have a laugh. Look forward to seeing him everytime. 10/10
