I recently had the pleasure of experiencing excellent customer service from Daniel. I was impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care I received. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had deep understanding of the company's products and services, which allowed him to address my concerns and provide accurate and helpful information. He patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrating a high level of expertise and ensuring I had a clear understanding of the solutions they offered.

I come here every year for my MOT and service and have done so for the last seven years. I also pop in if my car needs anything in between. Staff are always so helpful and friendly! I don’t know a lot about cars so I really appreciate how informative staff are as everything is always explained to me in detail and all of my questions are answered fully! Waiting times are never long and appointments are always easy to book! Special shout out to Daniel, Sam, Arthur and Mo! I really appreciate your help and hard work! Thank you!

Duane was seriously on point in his role, making sure my experience was informative and satisfying.Duane's attention to detail showed in how he inspected my vehicle thoroughly. He left no stone unturned in addressing all aspects of the service, which gave me a lot of confidence in his capabilities.On top of his professionalism, Duane's customer service skills were top-notch. He kept me updated throughout the service process, showing that he really cared about the customer experience.To top it off, when I got my car back, it was impeccably clean, both inside and out. That unexpected touch really added to the overall experience.In a nutshell, my interaction with Duane and the Mercedes service team went above and beyond my expectations. Duane's expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude, combined with the comprehensive service and the surprise car cleaning, left me totally satisfied. I could not to happier with the service I received today from the Stratford branch. I had my service B done for my car, from the moment I walk in I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The team kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the service/repairs in detail and providing pricing options.Dan, answered all my questions I had and provided me with all options available- from repair to replacement.I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Stratford. The car had to go in for a replacement part. Duane at MB Stratford took total care of it. He rang and messaged when he said he would. Absolutely polite! I’m no VIP or celebrity but the service Duane gave me was as if I was! And as if that was not enough he had the car washed and gleaming!

Olivia was amazing !She communicated well & supported my descions the whole way through, I’ve had bad experiences at other Mercedes in London but this one made me feel like a vauled customer ! Definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best service provider ever. I made the mistake of going to another provider on the previous instance for the sake of it being local. Never again. Was welcomed into the service centre by competent staff. Had a nice chat with the person who explained what was going to happen and also help me in getting some office work done. Want to thank that person for being so helpful (I can't remember his name but I know he is a McLaren Fan!!!). Will recommend this place to others and will come back again.

Very impressed by professionalism and friendliness of staff. My previous experience at another Mercedes service centre left a lot to be desired. Poor customer service and no car cleaning. At the Stratford service, they cleaned the car both inside and out. They gave updates and sent me a video of the work carried out which was very reassuring. They offered very good quality refreshments which was a great touch to the whole experience.

Waited 2 months for service and diagnosis on my van payed £30 to have a replacement car. Got there no car gave me a filthy van with no diesel never been cleaned inside considering all the Covid going around and was a 2020 model they said I needed back tyre as had a puncture the guy that fixed said it’s been sabotaged no screen wash was put in on full service and still charged for it absolute scumbags all the staff was swearing in workshop saying too busy not enough staff avoid or go through hell
