Terribly delivery of goods! Ensure you speak about delivery before ordering! Wish I could give 0 star

We bought our 3 piece sofa, armchair, footstool and 4 dining chairs back in mid June time.... we was told theres a wait up to 15 weeks for what we've ordered (we was also told it could arrive much sooner).Today 24th Dec (6 months later), we finally took delivery of our order (3 months late).Absolutely disgraceful, we had about 5 or more delays until we eventually got them. I am truly annoyed I paid everything upfront, I wish I only left the couple hundred deposit now, and requested a refund instead!Had I known it would have taken 6 months, I would never of bought them and instead I would have just bought some cheaper flat packs instead on Amazon or Argos, etc.I will not be recommending this company to anyone....P.S. The sales person David at Colchester branch was very polite and helpful, as were the delivery guys that came to install / setup everything. When calling customer service they again were polite even through our ignorance and frustration, and I rate them for that. But the misleading delivery time and constant delays was very unfortunate and has created a very negative experience for us.

A fabulous selection of sofas to choose from. Sadly none we liked meet up with our measurements! Would still come back though as a good experience.

Terrible quality of goods and poor delivery service. Twice we have received a damaged table and the delivery was late the first time with no phone call to say why and second time they turned up without calling ahead

From the showroom staff to the delivery drivers we had excellent service. Ordered our sofa and chair last week and was due to arrive at 9 15 this morning and arrived an hour later due to issue with the van but we were kept informed throughout and well done getting the van sorted so quickly- would certainly buy from FABB again.

Order placed first week of January, was told 9 week delivery so 2nd week of march, then it was May, went into store to be told 18th of may, then it was 22nd and now it’s only just getting to the warehouse at the end of the week, 26th!! The shop is an absolute joke. 11 weeks over the due date. 21 weeks in total. Only communication has been 2/3 phone calls in the whole time. I have emailed demanding a refund because I’ve ordered her a bed elsewhere but I doubt we will ever see the bed or the refund. The place is a scam - avoid completely!!

Ordered furniture through fabb Unfortunately it was anything but fabb receive the wrong items and then when we contacted customer services for a refund they decided to refund it. However they wanted despite me contacting them as it was company policy. My advice would be don’t use them and go through someone else that can actually get an order correct

Avoid this company unless you want to be messed about with no show fitting.Date was booked well ahead and on the day times were confirmed between 12 & 4. At 3.10 we receive a phone call to say they could not attend because a roadwork closure, which incidentally was about 20 minutes from our house, basically they didn't want to work late. Was promised call back within 24/48 hours to rearrange.Today 6 days later after chasing and emailing and sending txt messages we have been offered a date in 2 weeks time ! The communication of this company is useless and we now regret dealing with them so PLEASE buyer beware this company has no customer service at all.

Order a few things all delivered OK. Was sold some floor protectors and said OK as had fitted new Amtico flooring.First time we moved sofas they failed which caused the corner of the legs scratch the flooring. Reported to customer service and told they are not at fault and did want to even consider refund or look at repairing flooring. Paid 250 for flooring repair and fitted pads with no problems since.Won't be buying from again and have already told loads of people about service after the sales.
