As a tenant I can highly recommend KPM.Their support is excellent and all employees are very friendly. For instance all e-mails have been answered quickly and in a very helpful manner and if there has ever been a problem with the flat their team handled all issues well without exception.Even after the tenancy had ended KPM helped me out with a statement I needed for another letting agency. It was a great experience to know that someone is always available for you if there is any issue with the flat or anything unclear with regards to the tenancy. Additionally the safety deposit has been returned in record time after moving out.

I’ve let two flats from KPM, they are by the far the best letting agents I have experienced. Extremely helpful and always understanding, actually care about their tenants! easy to contact and quick repairs. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend!

I rented a flat from KPM last year with a friend whilst we did our postgrads and was very impressed with the service provided. I was always able to contact them on the phone and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had to move out rather suddenly during the pandemic and, despite me suddenly changing from wanting to sign a single occupancy lease to wanting to leave the property, KPM was very understanding and helpful. They also returned my deposit in full which was a nice change from my last letting agency who squeezed every penny they could out of you! I will definitely look at KPM's website first when flat hunting in Glasgow.

Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Firstly they didn’t change an email address I had requested to be changed, meaning I received no contact from them for months. I have asked on four separate occasions, emailing three different people to have information regarding a rent increase which I still haven’t received, though it went up last month. Rude and dismissive over the phone when inquiring about getting double glazing and frozen pipes in my flat. My experience when I first moved in was fine, it’s now absolutely shocking.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with KPM over the last 2 years. The service they've offered me has been professional and personal. What stood out for me was their attention to detail before during and after tenancies. I can recommend them as a management agent.

I have been with kpm for 2 years now and have never had any issues. The start up and end of the tenancy was all very smooth. They have always been willing to help myself and my flatmates with anything that we needed. Nathaniel has been great at helping us with very quick maintenance any time we have encountered an issue. Chris has been especially helpful during my time as a tenant, he has always been quick to respond and has really put some effort into making sure we enjoyed our time with kpm.

Live in a property below a KPM rented property for 3 years. My landlord is now selling up as he is fed up with negligence caused by the upstairs landlord. My bedroom ceiling has came down once due to a water leak, kitchen ceiling twice due to water damage and now my bathroom ceiling needs replaced, again due to water damage from the upstairs property. Upstairs landlord has not once taken responsibility for any damages. The level of negligence is disgusting. I've reported him to KPM previously, yet the property is still being rented out by the same landlord.Edit: it's funny now that I have left an appropriate review you want me to get in contact. I already informed you in November 2019 when my bedroom ceiling was going to come down. You did send a plumber out, but he told me he couldn't get back to me for 2weeks as he was busy. You cant get to me for 2 weeks in an emergency situation!? My ceiling didnt even last 18 more hours before coming down and I never heard from your plumber again. The contractor who did the repair, 4 months later and 2months into covid, still hasnt been paid. So when further issues came up, why would I contact you when you failed to take any responsibility or help the 1st time? Yes its KPM, I saw the flat advertised again before my new neighbours moved in 18 months ago.

I have been with KPM for over two years now and am very pleased with the service provided. They have a friendly, customer oriented approach and regularly keep in touch, responding quickly to any requests I have as a landlord, and raising any issues I need to deal with. It is a huge relief to have my property managed by an organisation I can trust, and it has saved me a huge amount of time and hassle.

One of, if not THE easiest and most helpful agencies ive ever seen. They were super straight forward with their application process and they have been incredibly quick to respond to and fix every issue ive encountered during my stay. would highly recommend their services :)

I had a great experience with KPM. I rented a flat from them for around two years. Any issues with the flat were always sorted quickly and they gave plenty of notice for inspections. The processes of starting and ending the lease were both handled very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely rent from KPM again.
