Raise Oriental Buffet
Lovely Chinese buffet food, been a few times now and have always been made to feel very welcome by staff.Also a change in service you now have to pay before eating, but I guess this is due unscrupulous customers making off without paying.

Raise Oriental Buffet
I placed a large order with this Chinese takeaway for a family celebration. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I contacted the restaurant for an update. I was then informed that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. The manager that I spoke with on the phone said the driver had delivered to the wrong address and did not follow the delivery instructions which stated “please call when you are outside”.I was then told by the manger that due to the drivers error he would replace the food and send the driver out immediately with a fresh order. I was told this would be 20 minutes. A short while after this phone call, I was called and said that I must cancel the order as they had already given the food out and will not be cooking it again despite the error falling with their company.Seconds later, I received a text saying order cancelled. This was over 2 hours since I originally placed my order.Over the phone, the manager was rude and dismissive, showing poor customer service skills. He offered no apology or any attempt to rectify their mistake.I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Wasn't much food left for eamayl restaurant.They were cleaning up around us, ready to close, even though it was open for another 2 hours.Took our £20 each first though .

Good food and fresh with very polite staff. Good place to impress your other half when you're not swimming in ££.Totally recomended for every taste.Enjoy !

Very good quality of the food. Nice and beautiful ambient of the restaurant. Friendly staff, but sushi available only on the weekends. Very recommended.

Raise Oriental Buffet
Was here on Saturday 27/05/23 restaurant was empty, and after trying their buffet I could see why. Shredded Duck not only smelled off it tasted it too, the variety of dishes have gone downhill also with them no longer serving sweet and sour chicken balls. Was here August last year but things have seen a significant change in quality and in food. The guy behind the till was nice and tentative but that was only Raise's saving grace.

Raise Oriental Buffet
Come to visit a friend had dinner in Raise Oriental buffet in Sheerness high street. I was surprised by this buffet food so delicious and very clean spotless restaurant. I had some seafood and Chinese dishes that was so yummy, my friend and I had a lovely evening and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere in this restaurant. we are certainly going back again.

What a lovely place to eat. Friendly welcome, everything explained, food amazing. It wasn't busy when we visited, but we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Will definitely be returning.
