A good dentist, although the wait was disappointing. She didn't arrive at the surgery until after my 9.10 appointment time, then went off to get changed and prepare for the day, while I continued to wait. An apology or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. She also got my name wrong on the treatment sheet.

Think before using Beanhill or stony Stratford dentist as they are linked together!I made a complaint to about Beanhill and it has been answered by Charlotte WrightDual Site Practice Manager from Stony Stratford who done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue apart from making lame excuses and insulting me by offering one clean back and a missed appointment after I was already seeing another dentist.Charlotte WrightDual Site Practice Manager Has said that it’s not down to the hygienist to spot teeth issues, clearly not the same for professional hygienists who spotted the problems with my teeth within two minutes!I have been at this dentist since 2015 with regular cleans yet I was constantly complaining of tooth pain and the hygienist and dentist said all was ok. So I went to another (professional) hygienist to find out there were 5 holes in different teeth costing me over £700 to rectify by a (professional) dentist, I paid privately at beanhill and have been told by my new dentist that the cleaning I have had from beanhill over the years are extremely poor quality. The staff are rude and unprofessional and just do nothing but mess around on the reception desk along with the dentist and hygienist and the so called manager.The new (professional) dentist have sorted my teeth out within two weeks and my teeth have never looked or felt better.On complaining to head office (Rodericks dental) I just got fobbed off with stupid lame excuses before they shut my complaint down.So if you value your teeth use a professional dentist!Now I will be taking this mater further.

A really friendly and kind dental practice - from the reception team to the dentists and hygienists, everyone I've met has been incredibly professional and helpful. I feel really lucky that we have this dentist in the area when so many people miss out on the chance of NHS dental care.

Had an emergency issue with a loose tooth that needed extracting.No emergency appointment was initially available, but subsequently contacted as a result of a cancellation.Extraction was done efficiently and professionally and thanks to all for accommodating me at short notice.

Friendly efficient receptionists.Dental nurse v pleasant.Dentist did not greet me or make eye contact.I felt the exam was cursory.Auxilliary staff earned 5 stars the professional not so.

Seen promptly on time. The dentist listened to all I had to say regarding my oral health. Following X-ray and examination she explained in detail the next steps and was very reassuring. Right from reception through to the examination I felt reassured and valued. A great experience and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was just glad to have an appointment, which was long overdue. Very happy with the proceedures of cleaning my gums, the back of my teeth which i was told was neglected. Advised TO USE Te Pe interdental Brush.i purchased at the reception. Will do my best to execute good dental hygiene habits on a daily basis, hoping to combate gum and teeth diseases. Appreciated the work carried out by the proffessionals. Looking foward to next visit in Three months time.Kind reguardsPaul

Brilliant surgery, and Staff. Managed to get a next-day emergency appointment after my wisdom tooth had been playing up for several days infecting the gum. I was seen on time, and super efficiently. I was offered the chance to have the tooth removed there and then. No need to re book. Perfect painless procedure, and they're always super friendly.
