We were delighted with the service received from RK Design. Rob paid a great deal of attention to detail and helped us design a light , airy functional extension. He attended site every few days to ensure the builders kept to the spec and worked to a high standard. He picked up a potential damp issue which he was able to rectify without causing major disruption to the build. It was very reassuring to have Rob’s keep eye and expertise to lead us through the extension of our home.

Robert carried out a thorough survey of the property and created detailed plans of the property showing both how it was prior to the conservatory roof upgrade and how it now is. These were submitted to the local building regulations department as part of our regularisation application. Robert not only handled the work in a very professional manner but also responded to my emails promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.
