Bought a car from Nick and the guys at NK and couldn't be more pleased.Car is in mint condition!Nick was very helpful and polite from the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left!Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future.

bought a volvo 2016 r-design pro in February. rac has been called out 3 times and i had to spend a further £1000 on a new egr and the car brakes down again after 60 miles. and the warranty didn't cover the egr. my car might be a 1 off but a 66plate car with so many problems isn't a good sign for the car.

Such a genuinely great place to buy a car from.No pushy sales tactics at all, Nick lets you browse freely with no pressure.I travelled almost 3 hours to purchase my new car, and it was presented in immaculate condition. Popped down to check out a car I had seen online , meet Nick who game me the keys , he aloud me time to see the car for myself , took it for a test drive ,Was shown all the paperwork and past history for the car , (lots of it )Talked figures, no hard sale left to make a decision.Nick kept in touch via txt message so was nice and easy to communicate.Nick managed to sort out a better deal for me than I had originally ,but left the decision down to me ,Very thorough with all his paperwork and information regarding the sale .Did the car tax. New keeper information, and kept me informed all the way .Just a genuine guy offering a great service with no hard sell .Nice selection of cars, easy location.Definitely recommend to friends and family.And will be back to check out stock again when am ready to purchase my next vehicle.Thanks

I've had my Audi A3 2L S Line from NK Car Sales for just over a week now and what can I say, I've struck gold!!!Nick made the experience totally streamlined and enjoyable - he was very personable and so knowledgable!Took a little over 4 days to get the car up to scratch with inspection, fresh MOT and service but he called me every day with an update on the car and gave me total peace of mind and that it wasn't a rushed jobby.When I arrived to the showroom the car was in an immaculate condition and looked even better in person than in the pics. Good job!Having found the car through a third party website I feel quite lucky to.have ended up buying a car through Nick as he made the experience so easy.If you are in need of a second hand car that feels brand new then this is the place you need to go. Couldn't recommend it enough! Thank you Nick!EDIT: I had some minor noises coming from back end of car after about 3 weeks but I notified Nick and he said bring it back and we'll sort it, even offered to drive down to me and take a look himself! But instead I went to a local garage as it was easier and took it in the next day got it sorted and he paid them straight off the bat. I've honestly have never had such attentive customer service anywhere, absolute top bloke. Car runs like a dream. Thanks again Nick!

I would really not recommend this dealership at all if you value your money. I bought a car cash outright that showed up a fault with the ECU within the warranty period and it got “fixed” by Nik. This car in total has broken down 6 times in under a year since I have had it with the last time requiring it to be towed to a garage as it wouldn’t even start. The cars check engine light comes on constantly and because it’s a crysler and there are no specialist crysler garages no garage has been able to diagnose the fault with the ECU unit. This ca made me a nervous driver and is now valueless. I do feel that this car had a dodge MOT before it was put up for sale. Please take this review as a warning! I work extremely hard for my money and I am gutted to have lost so much in such a short space of time. I wouldn’t like the thought of anyone else being put in the predicament that I am in at present.In response Nik:With all due respect Nik I don’t need to know much about cars to have some common sense! And I also don’t appreciate the condescending and mansplaining nature of your response. If the car “ wouldn’t run” if the ECU was faulty like you have just stated then how was it running when you initially diagnosed the fault with the ECU and got it “fixed” Because the car was driving at that time if you remember correctly. So you have just completely contradicted the apparent repair that was made to the car.As for your reputation I did not write this review in haste, I made several attempts to contact you and have been completely ignored.Additionally during the most recent breakdown my car was towed by the AA to the garage mentioned by yourself. When as you know, you and your colleague come running over the road to see what had gone on so you are well aware that it has broken down as you have seen it with your own eyes and do know the facts! As the AA man had diagnosed an issue with the ECU again! And advised you of this fact at the time to which your response was “don’t worry we will get it sorted” and even took the car to your lot.The repair that has been completed to the “wire” has clearly not fixed the car as the check engine light is on AGAIN and when it has been plugged into a diagnostic and once AGAIN it has been identified that there is a fault with the ECU unit.As for a normal garage being able to diagnose the fault on the ECU. That is a complete contradiction with regards to the information you have told me previously as you advised that you had to get a CRYSLER specialist to come out to diagnose the fault. Was that information you told me previously incorrect then? And did a CRYSLER specialist not come out to diagnose the car?You’re either not getting the cars you sell checked properly prior to sale or there is something else going on and you was well aware of these issues when you decided to sell the vehicle. Either way I have found the whole experience of buying a car off you a complete ordeal and as I say I am now left with a car which is broken and valueless! Requiring me the fork out £1000’s again for a new car not even 12 months after buying a new one. I do not recommend your dealership atall and have found your customer service to be plane ignorant.Update 10.0823-I broke down again last week. the investigations into the cause of the breakdown found that my car had a wire missing from the vehicle and they determined that my car must had been rigged to start as otherwise there was no way the vehicle would have started! Appalled by this to be honest! I have been driving around in an extremely unsafe vehicle.

From the very Start Naz had my attention with his thorough video recording of the car. I was interested in - noting any defects from previous driver use. Nothing was to much trouble from running through previous M.O.T and servicing and correcting a small bit of bumper damage along with a super valet and service of the car prior to taking delivery….Out if all the other dealers I had spoken to & dealt with - none of them come close to the service received from NK CAR SALES..exceptional, I would certainly recommend and purchase again in the future..10 out of 10 house points

I was looking for a small car for work and school runs. Found a fantastic KA here and right from initial contact to the end sale of the car the customer service I received was superb. Nick was really friendly, honest and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. My new car is fantastic, I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new/second hand car to try NK Car sales, you won't be disappointed.
