Gave my insurance information several times, documents stated AXA, secretory was sent insurance information, tried to email several times with no reply, keep sending me OVERDUE invoices, never reply to email, DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!

Very poor customer service - again!I had to visit a private consultant recently and whereas my private medical plan picked up most of the bill, there was a residual of £26 that I had to pay for myself.I happened to be on holiday when HytheHopes sent me the first invoice, and indeed about 3 days later a rude OVERDUE" reminder.I opened these letters when I got back from holiday and tried calling them
