Staff are all ace and it's just a good place to be if you need help. This place is worth its weight in gold.

Have used this service since 2018, on and off.And can only praise the staff that work there. From reception to management, it can't be understated just how vital this place is.It takes so much strength to ask for help, but when you're ready. This service is ALWAYS ready to help you to help yourself.

Detox programme (Brainwashing) group sessions telling patients to be selfish and think only of themselves. Most important thing is their sobriety.Bigger picture Re New to Partners and Relatives in what You’re advising to vulnerable patients.First hand experience that group workers getting involved and commenting on private affairs within relationships and giving detrimental unqualified advice.I would never advise nor use this service

Great place that does a lot for vulnerable people and is sorely needed in Hull. The staff have good skills and try to be as helpful as possible. Some people do not see it.

I have been with ReNew for 4 years. It feels like a second home and I don't know what I'd do without them. All the staff are a credit to themselves. To name but a few; Dominique, Danielle, Lee (RSN) and John (Smart).I highly recommend this service to anyone who is recovering from addiction.

I feel very let down by this organisation after registering as an Independent volunteer with them two years ago. If you would like to offer your valuable time to an organisation that values the well-being of its volunteers and the children who are assigned to them, I would not recommend that you join this company.
