They said a while ago that if I went for their £2.99 meal deal, I could have a vegetarian burger with chips as a choice being as I am vegetarian & I wanted something with chips & there was no vegetarian option with chips!I asked about this tonight because I came with a friend who's having a non vegetarian meal with chips.The server (female) was really nice & said she thought so but when she went to ask the boss, it's the boss (male) who said no.So I just had a soda water & no meal!

Nice service and staff but food was garbage, this is supposed to be a pizza? Rank! Burnt to a crisp. For £15!Reply to your question: we were there yesterday, 31st May between 1315 and 1415 according to my google maps.There was a staff member in a grey suit sat using a PC on the right as you walk in, there was also a girl (may have been a boy??) with a black cap on backwards serving oir table too.There was one other table occupied, so not exactly understaffed.I was given the same type pizza but smaller to compensate for half the burnt original one. By the time it came my appetite had gone down the pan, so they boxed it for me. We ended up giving it to a street beggar.We should have read your reviews before going in, we assumed it would be as good as other Cuban Style bars.....wrong.

My work colleagues and I attendee the music bingo which was such good fun from 8pm we stated until 11pm. It was such a good night. Great music. 2for1 on the App for cocktails. Drinks were lush! Plenty of seating areas and dance floor. Toilets on either floors. Staff were very friendly.

Visited with our 7 and 13 year old. Cocktails were good but had to wait over and hour for food, lettuce on sons burger was brown and mayo looked like it had been sat out for ages or was very old, vegan chicken and chips was meant to coleslaw but got served a pot of gravy which partner advised tasted like beef gravy, only a hand full of chips and chicken on regular chicken and chips didn't look very appealing neither did the katsu chicken or sauce. Didn't look worth the amount we were going to pay so didn't eat anything and left just paying for the drinks. Another table also had issues with food being cold. Would return for cocktails but not food.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good but not what we were expecting. We booked afternoon tea for two, but were presented with a selection of snacks. Including a small burger in a bun, a breaded chicken strip, cheese loaded chips and deep fried peppers. The second round was waffles and ice cream, cheesecake and brownies. The strangest afternoon tea we've ever seen and the first afternoon tea we've had that did not contain sandwiches, cakes and bizarrely, NO TEA..! ??The venue's cleanliness left a lot to be desired too!We can't comment on costs as we used a voucher gifted to us.

Came here for a cocktail afternoon tea to celebrate birthdays/engagement. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Even decorated our table for us after I had informed them of our engagement. Food and drink was fab, but atmosphere was a let down due to it being afternoon. Music was good, but although there was barely anyone in we were placed on a small table next to the toilet. Not a table I would have chosen, especially for a celebration. The table looked beautiful, but was so full of glitter etc that there was not much room for our afternoon tea and drinks, a slighty larger table would have been better, especially with all the decorations on it.Can't fault the staff for service and friendliness, and food drinks were also lovely.Would definitely go back, was just a shame on the 2 parts mentioned (ie, small table and next to toilet).. Otherwise the waiter tried to make it a lovely occasion with his imaginative decorations.Maybe just a little more thought is needed when it is so quiet to keep people on tables big enough for what they are having, and not near the toilet.3 star is for this and the atmosphere, as there was none, could be due to the time of day thought it was 2.30pm onwards (afternoon tea)

Great location, we went for a hen party, cocktail making experience was fab we had a great time and the staff were lovely the girl teaching us how to make the cocktails was so nice very attentive and good fun , unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down , Steer away from The Halloumi Asian salad and cheese cake in a mug! The waitress noticed that our salad was not edible and she gave us a free round of shots to compensate which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend the cocktail making experience.
