Bought 2kg of chicken breast for meal preps on the 29th evening. On the 30th morning my whole fridge (mostly empty as I was moving out on the 31st) smelt of off food, (strong foul smell). I straight away checked the chicken which went grey and was filled with slimy liquid. After poking through the plastic and nearly throw up from the smell I decided to bin the packet of chicken as it was clearly a risk of food poisoning.On the 31st I went back to ask for a replacement or refund for the product that was clearly defective and I was told that nothing could be done about it because I didn't have the product with me, even though I had enough evidence between videos and pictures.The gentleman suggested that I kept off food for a day in my fridge / freezer and brought it to him the day after.Outstanding customer service. No apology for the inconvenience caused, no replacement, no refund,After a serious food safety issue.

Bought some minced meat and most of it was grissle when I was eating it in a Bolognese, however prices are okay

I'm starting to buy my raw dog food from this butchers and I must say the bones they give are very good quality and safe for dogs. At 50p a bag it's a steal. They also sell hearts, livers and quail eggs that are essential for my dog's diet.

Been getting my fresh meat for a long time now.Still going once a month during this testing time, we need to airport little businesses. Top quality produce and sensible prices. Always a friendly greeting and good service
