Tom did some great jobs for my house, first was the gas pipe and fitting my hob in and then replaced my leaky water pipes under the sink. Was reliable and I could count on him when I needed.

I have used TS for a number of years, firstly to replace the entire heating system and boiler in our 3 bedroom home and then to perform the boiler service annually. Tom is fantastic, always able to respond when needed he is very reliable and trustworthy. We recently had a leaky kitchen tap which he was able to fix quickly and for a reasonable price. He has also installed our gas cooker and worked on our underfloor heating, when our builders let us down he fixed the issues. I cannot recommend him enough!

Tom responded quickly to my request to replace a toilet pan and cistern and to repipe and install a new shower pump. I found his work to be professional, quick and efficient and his friendly manner to be very refreshing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his company to anyone.

Tom replaced my toilet flush and installed a new thermostat. Tom was extremely helpful from the very first communications. He was prompt with responding and arrived early on the day. Tom is very friendly and was able to sort the issues out, even involving an additional trip to Screwfix. Tom stuck to the original quote. Overall, the best contractor service I've personally had. Highly recommend.

Tom was quick to communicate, keep me updated and to come and service our boiler, luckily for us he flagged a serious problem and assisted me when speaking to the Baxi service team.. Even after finishing, Tom insisted on giving everything another check and even check our gas meter. A genuine and helpful gentleman.

I contacted Tom via Check a Trade, Tom was responsive and professional, he did a great job replacing a tap for me that I sourced. Tom is a clean and tidy worker and even took a look at my boiler for when I asked, nothing was too much trouble, he is genuine and not the pushy type to make you have unnecessary work done. I will be using Tom again when needed.

I called Tom to service our boiler, replace an old tap in the garage and to put some new downpipe on a pipe in our yard, as the existing one was splashing everywhere. My usual plumber was terrible at keeping in contact and getting hold of, which is why I called Tom, and i'm glad I did. When he came to give a quote, he was bang on time and very friendly and helpful. He went away and worked out the price, and was always very quick with responses by WhatsApp. When he came to do the work, again he was spot on with timing, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. When he changed the tap in the garage, he even offered to fit the new hose pipe to the wall, which he did. Couldn't be happier, and will now always call Tom first for any plumbing problems.
