A tree was removed by a previous occupier and the stump hadn't been ground down and was sticking proud of the ground. Karl came round to inspect and provide a quote. I agreed with the work and a date was booked. The Tree surgeon turned up early and was done within half an hour, a guard to stop any stones from being kicked up. Very professional and friendly - gave great advice and did a very tidy job. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I initially called all creatures great and small to ask if they could assist with a fly problem we had following a dead rat being trapped in the house, and all I can say is I wished we'd used this company from the start!We had a DIFFERENT pest control company in who sealed the holes in the outside of our house and laid poison, predictably the rats were unable to leave the house and died. We were unable to find them so suffered 3 weeks of a horrendous smell... And now we have a huge number of flies!The man I spoke to at All creatures great and small was so unbelievably HELPFUL! I talked through our problem and asked if he could provide a treatment. He was very knowledable and said that it all sounded as he expected and that the problem should soon go. He gave me advise on how to manage the problem and has set my mind at ease! I HATE flies and was on the edge! If we ever have the need for pest control in the future I will definitely be using this company with confidence!I was given amazing customer service without actually being a customer!

Excellent job done. They arrived on time and worked really hard. They cut down 4 very large trees and left no mess whatsoever. They are very reasonably priced, professional, very friendly and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I initially called Carl to sort out a Bee problem but ended up using his tree surgery service the guys were on time, worked hard and were quick efficient and very tidy. We felt the service was offered at a very good price also. Carl was also very helpful with sorting out any issues we had with the bees nest would definitely reccomend
