Asda Rochdale Superstore

Love Asda but very disappointed with the state of the ladies toilets. Was there yesterday and today,both times 2 of the cubicles were not fit to be used. Not the first time I've seen the toilets in such a mess. Disgusting

I gave a one star review 5 months ago, here's another ASDA making life awkward, (especially for disabled people)Having visited the Rochdale store this lunchtime (really busy) I bought 6 items and stood for ages waiting for the self checkout, I saw many empty machines, at least six, as I approached one of the six empty machines I was turned away by staff saying this is baskets only, I explained how long I had just waited and had now lost my place in the line, I only have 5 items, so it's only a basket worth of items, but was told NO! How does this make for better customer ease of access.

My wife had shopping on 1 st July around 16.22 pm , card payment declined, so have to get cash through my friend , made payments in customer desk , she missed one bottle of milk while collecting the other items , so next day I just went to check the item still lying in or kept aside, but they have knowledge of it or no handover log nothing, it’s not the matter of value of the product, customer care and ethics of supper market on which I have been shopping since last 20 years , manager level in puts needed in this area,

I not only dislike automatic tills, i dislike even more the fact that rarely find more than one manned till.To top it up, the card only stance gradually pushed on top of two extra cameras per till...I do not work for asda, it is bad enough to have to pay for bags with their brand logo on it.

Very popular supermarket...You can find more or less anything you need all under one roof...They sell cloths, shoes, school uniform, bedding, electrical items, fresh meat/salad/fruit/bread and many more...They sell halal meat...Basically the best place for home groceries and everything else you may need...They have self service check outs also...They also have a kiosk

I wass att 1618 in a Sunday and the staff don'allow mee too make some shoping saying it's close and the actualy closing It's 16"30"

There is a lady who often works on the self checkout, her name is Michelle and she's absolutely lovely, very helpful and incredibly cheerful. And she also helped me with the Asda rewards app. Thank you Michelle.

They say you can judge cleanliness of a place by looking at the toilet, well I must say that the male toilet in Asda Rochdale is disgusting, and broken. There was no toilet paper in the cubicles, and broken door locks. A strong smell of urine can be detected even before you enter. When I went to wash my hands I noticed the man at the next basin washing faeces off his hands because of no toilet tissues. Utter humiliation! I went to customer services to tell them but they said nothing. As I was leaving a tannoy message went out for the toilet cleaner. The store might be OK but if they can't even manage a toilet they can't manage food and other items!!!

Wow bloody horrible experience. Not been here for years and definitely won't come back, absolute landslide as to what it used to be. Used to buy the fresh made pizzas from here and had good friendly service with the staff and overall it was a good shopping experience. Not yesterday as it had changed so much I asked the worker on the pizza counter what size bases they do. She looked at me disgusted and like I just asked her to cook it, cut it into 80 slices and give me an ice cold beer at the same time. Then she said medium is all we do large bases all gone. Cheers sorry for the inconvenience of asking you a question. Checkouts an absolute joke about 3 people working the tills so the queues were a nightmare. Suppose this is the way things are going though. Employing folk who can't be arsed doing their jobs, maybe I'd rather queue at a self serve checkout as I'd probably get a nicer reception from one of the machines over an employee. More chance of getting a smile from the machine
