Majestic have got it all wrong. I am not in most of the time, so don't want expensive goods delivered to my house. I want to go to the store, pick them up and most times, I spend another few quid on things on top of my online order. Let me order online at leisure and pick them up when I have time, please!!!

Excellent Service!! will definitely be going back. Esther and the team will help you with anything you need. They did such an amazing job helping us with our wine for our wedding guest book idea. You must join one of their tasting events. A load of fun. Thanks guys, see you soon.

Really poor customer service for regular customers of Majestic, although admittedly not at this particular branch. I would not recommend 1 of their free tasting evenings, you can have free tastings in any 1 of their branches anytime. No free glass of champagne on arrival as promised & no available members of staff; they seriously underestimated the popularity of this event.

The shop was really clean and beautifully done up. The staff were really nice and the guy who served me and the missus was super helpful, funny and went out of his way to get us a wine box.

First time visiting this majestic store. 5 star customer service from all three gentlemen working in this store. Advised me on all the different wines I would like. Not often you get this kind of service in big chain companies. Highly recommend using this place as the choices of wine and beer is so good. Also gave my two girls a lolly each as we left.
