Was seen here a couple of days ago by Dr Anil Kataria as i was in pain. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming as was the nurse assisting the dentist.Dr Kataria was very professional, welcoming and considerate and I felt in safe hands throughout. Great guy.

Would leave 0 if I could.Couldn’t make an appointment because they weren’t seeing anybody for years unless an emergency, then when I did need routine care post pandemic I’m told I’ve been de-registered without any notice and it’s my fault for not being able to get an appointment during covid- when they weren’t seeing anyone routinely.The reception staff all laugh and gossip about phone clients openly in front of patients so I hope they got some joy from my upset today.All the decent dentists left, clearly a toxic environment. Shame as this used to be a really lovely dental practice.

Dr Zaaid was brilliant with my daughter, who is very scared of the dentist. So much so, she actually had something done which has been needed for a long time. She was put at ease and came out of the dentist very proud of herself. Excellent!

I got given this surgery though an nhs waiting list and I’m so glad. Zahid is a fantastic dentist and puts me at ease. Worth the trek to st mellons!

Top service top staff special Fady who I meet with today.So I had very bad pain in the last three weeks from one of my tooth so after some examination FADY straight way identified the problem and fixed it with NO PAIN.Thank you FADY and thank you to all the friendly recipient staffs

Used to be a good dental practice. They simply don't care if you're in pain or have a different kind of dental problem. The only options you have is stay on the cancellation list (and they NEVER call you back) or wait for weeks before you can be seen. And this is not because they are so good...they just don't care not to mention the reception team complaining to each other about a patient they just spoke on the phone to and you can hear it from the waiting area so no working etiquette or respect. Just avoid the place

Really unhelpful receptions!!!! The receptions at this dentist gave me the wrong date for an appointment on two separate occasions. When I made enquiries at the front desk why this had occurred. I was told it was human error and what I wanted her to do about it. I pointed out I had made inquiries about their mistake twice and wanted to highlight their bad customer service but I was dismissed and it wasn't their fault.
