Probably the worst hairdresser I've been at. Paid £120 for brown colour and blonde/caramel highlights, came out with ash black hair. 2-3 other 'hair colourists' were surprised I was unhappy (apparently they were trying to convince me that my hair looked totally different in their eyes- the comedy of it!) and offered to 'fix it' for me, whilst the hairdresser in question (Abbie) was nowhere to be found and never even apologised for what she did. Absolutely appalling. Won't visit ever again! I don't recommend this saloon to anybody!

Lovely hair cut by Abby! Had a relaxing time, and Abby was very knowledgeable about many products and how to help my fine hair. I’ve tried many hair dressers since moving to Birmingham, but I’ll be going back to suyo!

I had an amazing experience here at the salon. The staff was very welcoming. Justine did an excellent job. I got a haircut and highlights done from her. She listens to all the concerns and will provide an honest advice. Can't recommend her enough. I left the salon with confidence.

Nick is the most skilled hairdresser I've ever had. He understands hair; how to cut it, how to treat it, how to style it. He's also very friendly and personable.I moved abroad some years ago, and have never found a stylist to match his abilities. So I booked my latest cut right after booking flights to come to the UK to visit, and of course I was thrilled with the results. Thanks, Nick!

Julie was great at the consultation stage- really understood my hair issues and explained how to achieve that in stages. She gave me a fabulous cut and advice. Couldn’t have gone any better!

As always a great experience at Suyo. Tash and Meena make every visit feel like you are with friends and an added bonus is your hair looks amazing! Relaxed and pleasant environment, worth every penny! Highly recommend Suyo if you are looking for a great salon.
