Bier Company

Stop sending me emails and texts, no one wants to use your company. You can't deliver, charge people for things that have already been paid for and have ZERO customer service. Then you have the audacity to text me deals. Go away.

So having recieved the beer advent calander last year no problem - good product, looks funky, beers good etc so likewise ordered it for this year. What can go wrong - surely it's like selling water in a hot country? Looking at the myriad of negative reviews - no longer the case...We ordered on 3rd November so a huge amount of time to get it delivered before 1st December, yet by 15th December and a couple of email requests (with no reply) it had still not arrived, so we gave up trying to contact them and put a chargeback claim in through our credit card provider. The box then myseriously arrived on 17th December. What use is an advent calendar from 17th December? Looking at the tracking it wasnt the couriers fault as uit only arrived to them on 17th December....Was nobody capable to lift a finger to advise from end of November to 17th December that there was a delay at Bier? All in all this 2nd experience has completely put me off using them again. In fact having read all the negative Google and Trustpilot reviews it almost seems like their days as a trading company are numbered given the shambles they seem to be putting many customers through! And what is worse - given a representative from the company replies to some of the reviews they must be aware of the issues, but the management are not even bothered.....Unfortunately as they have not bothered to reply to our emails, we have been left with no option but to post our experience online for all to see...as no reply, apology or any credit to another years calander or anything has been forethcoming. It is with great regret (as they have a good product) that I won't be using them again....

OK it's not a scam - despite many reviews saying so, I did eventually get the product I ordered. However, it was delivered more than a week late despite paying for next day delivery. As it was a birthday gift, I had asked them to cancel the order - with no response to the email. The product is overpriced at around £3.50 per can for small cans of IPA plus premium postage which obviously isnt. I think their USP is to pay to come first in Google, always wise to avoid such sponsored listings!

The company sent me a very good offer which I took advantage of.Delivery was rapid (next day) so brilliant. The problem I have with the order is that instead of receiving 5 different beer styles, I only received 3 different styles. Granted I got the amount of beers I paid for but was looking forward to trying different ones like oatmeal stout.I’ve sent two messages now from their Contact Us link and received an automated acknowledgment that they have received my enquiry (twice). Still no response from them to date, I’ve been checking my junk inbox too.Shame but I won’t bother ordering anything else from them again.

Bought a beer box as a birthday gift for my dad from this company having not used them before and paid for the next day delivery, which would leave plenty of time for the box to arrive before I need it. I have come to leave for my parents house this weekend (and my dad's birthday) and am leaving without a gift for him as I have been let down! Emailed asking where my box is with no responce. No phone number either to have an actual conversation with a human and they ignore my messages on social media. This compnay is a joke!!

Ordered a birthday gift which I later found never arrived. Multiple attempts at communication tried to resolve the situation and never had a response. Do not use this company!

Comms non existent! I placed an order for two boxes as birthday presents on 23/04. One was delivered with a photo to prove it from the delivery company. The second is nowhere to be seen! I’ve sent three emails, two on-site messages, tweeted them and Dm’d them and, tried calling but apparently they only have one line and it’s constantly busy and, I still have had no response! Where’s my order? I’m running out of time!

Shocking company. Ordered as a gift for next day delivery, order wasn’t dispatched for 2 weeks and then arrived several days later. Clearly arrived later than needed and in that time zero communication from the company despite sending messages.I would avoid at all costs and buy elsewhere!

Several months later, still no response to all my emails. I paid for 80 cans of beer, but received only 20. Its gutting. I just want the beer, I'm not even after a refund!

Not a good experience with this company.Delivered only 1 case (very late) charged for two.Awful and non existent customer service, when replied made false claims item would be resent !!Replied immediately when charged back from credit card though.Avoid this company.
