Vine Inn Wacky Warehouse

Nice and small soft play area, which means you can sit and have a coffee,(and a breakfast wrap!), and still keep an eye on children.BUT, it is absolutely filthy and the toilets stink. Patrons are also allowed to drink alcohol from the pub. Weird for a children's play area.It would take so little to turn this place around and make it a very popular option for parents in the area

Nice little soft play, decent food, as clean as a soft play can be, staff very friendly and welcoming, so overall 2 happy girls after the visit.Later edit: To answer your question Wendy, the baby area was overcrowded with the foamy shapes but not put together in a manner for my 1 yr old to be able to actually use most of them and the foam stairs to the ball pit need a bit of attention, both my daughters got their feet caught in the broken bits. Hence I couldn't give 5 stars for this visit, but maybe next time. x

Please do not take your children here!! If I could give this establishment no stars then I would.I was completely appalled by what I saw when bringing my young children to Wacky Warehouse.The floors were covered with old food and dirt. Most of the balls in the ball pit were cut open and broken. The soft play equipment was damaged, most of which was showing the foam on the inside and a walk way area was held together by string! I am completely disgusted and concerned that this place is allowed to open with these amount of hazards. A child is going to get seriously hurt here. The staff lack knowledge and care and are no where to be seen. Parents were waiting for a short while to enter the soft play area before a staff member made an appearance to let them in.I will definitely not be returning and I hope that many parents reading this will not make the same mistake I did. It’s cheap for a reason! For the safety of your children, please take them elsewhere!!

Despite a few minor issues that not worth mentioning my daughters 3rd birthday party was a great success. Kids absolutely loved it. Thank you to vicky and a special massive thank you to Debbie who kindly made my daughters day extra special by dressing up.

Took my grandchildren to a birthday party at wacky warehouse . I cannot begin to describe how dirty everything was high chairs floors play area banister it was filthy. How can a place like this be available to children . At the so called party the children were given saucers to eat their food .. .. large soup spoons for small ice creams . These children were 4 years old . Unbelievable . Then the food came out . Cold chips and chicken nuggets 40 mins late as kitchen was busy apparently . Please parents do not have a party here . Overpriced badly . The staff were surly and unhelpful . A truely terrible experience. The family who held the party were so embarrassed but not there fault

Visited the soft play today and I had to change my baby in the ladies toilet in the dark. I reported it and was told I could use the boys toilet which I did later but this time, the hand drier did not work. When I reported that too, they said they switch it off as the kids are scared of the noise. Both toilets were incredibly dirty. I could also say the same thing about the tables and chairs.

Came with my daughter for her 2nd birthday, Ellie and Amy were fantastic and the facilities are good, the temperature was a little hot but unfortunately their aircon was broken!

Kids had fun but the service was very poor. One female server who seemed to be rushed off her feet" being the only person managing the wacky warehouse side. There were a couple of other families and us so I'm not sure why she was so busy that I had to wait 40 mins for my cup of coffee which I asked her about after 30 mins. Our food order was also wrong. On leaving it seems she was run off her feet scrolling through Facebook on her phone.........disappointing."

Boys had great time today! Vicky the lady serving was very accommodating and friendly!

The staff are so friendly, and it’s such a great price for the toddler sessions in the day, not to mention you can order food from the restaurant menu next door :)
