Fantastic service. We booked by email, got a very reasonable price. Received confirmation of our bookings and, despite us arriving earlier than arranged, Richard was with us before we had finished our coffee. The return journey was similar in that we were at the pick up point 10 minutes earlier than booked and Richard had anticipated it and was there waiting for us! Lovely chap, most obliging. Wouldn't think of using any other company in future.

Fantastic service by Richard. He went above and beyond in a complicated situation where I was coming to the Isle of Wight to visit my dad in a care home. Always arrived on time, provided a great service. Have recommended him to my stepmum and will continue to use Vectis when I come to IoW! Thanks, Richard!

Friendly and helpful service, helped me out short notice and on a bank holiday! Didn’t over charge me and will definitely be using you again as a regular. Any 1 star review is not true so don’t believe it. I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t of been more helpful and efficient. So thank you

Booked via email. Richard was polite and swift to reply with a quote, and on the day was happy to be flexible about pick up location as bad weather meant the hovercraft was cancelled. Richard was good with communication via email, text and phone, a considerate driver, and I was more than happy to use Vectis on the return journey too.

I can’t recommend Richard highly enough, as a female who travels alone feeling safe is extremely important and I can honestly say I have never felt safer travelling alone in a taxi, Richard is so polite and puts you at ease instantly. His prices are also brilliant in comparison to other taxi firms I have used previously. The car is always extremely clean and very comfortable and has always arrived on time. Thank you so much Richard!

Ordered a cab from Ryde around 9pm. It arrived pretty quickly 5-7 mins. £18.50 to nodes point. Taxi out the other way was £13.00 with Windmill taxis St Helens. This firm text you drivers name and licence plate so you know who to look out for.

Fantastic service already waiting for us as we got off the hovercraft. I am a wheelchair user and car fitted the wheelchair in the boot . We went to ride to the needles and gave us a talk on what good views we will see on the way .and arranged a pick up time and was already there waiting for us on time .Great service .

Professional, friendly and reliable services.Richard picked my girlfriend and I up from Ryde and gave us a lift to Ventnor. He arrived on time, delivered us promptly and chatted with us during the trip.A few days later he was willing to take delivery of some medications when I was unable to leave the place I was staying at. He delivered the medication at short notice, and was nothing less than professional throughout.Overall: excellent service, easy to contact, friendly and reliable. Would recommend.
