TOP Notch, Very Friendly Hosts, Beautiful Accommodations, open fires, country cosy feeling, Dog friendly, Local supermarket for self catering, local market in Tavistock town, lots to see, Gr8 for big family holidays, I'll definitely will be returning, only downside I found was internet signal was poor, but Gr8 if your looking to get away from all those distractions

Lovely houses, everyone had a great time. There's a paddock for the dogs and kids to play in and both houses were well stocked with all the items we needed.

The Watering Hole hosts a range of private properties including the gem that is the Devon Lodge. It's a spacious and private gem with perfect access to many beautiful locations in Devon and Cornwall. The host is also very friendly and happy to help.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. Great location, wonderful log cabin with gas fire, strong shower, comfortable beds and hot tub...what else is there for a perfect getaway.

The Watering Hole
Stayed in the Devon Lodge for three nights. I can not fault this place at all. It was absolutely amazing. It was so clean, an abundance of kitchen facilities, a much-appreciated hot jacuzzi, ample heating, Apple TV, bluetooth sound system, a very comfy bed, candles and fairy lights everywhere. The owners are so helpful, and the place is accessible by public transport, or via friendly drivers that offer a ride! 10 minute drive to Tavistock, a nice town with a great market. Also very easy to go on a walk in the country, down to the Tamar Valley, with public footpath entrance practically outside the door.

The Watering Hole
The log cabin at the watering hole is absolutely brilliant! Very private, very homely. Excellent host that has left us completely alone and been very respectful of guests privacy. Very very well kept little get away. And the hot tub is an obvious bonus! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the area.
