One of the best short walks in Sheffield down by the River , have to be good on your feet as very uneven ground slippy rocks , walk back up the dirt rd way that connects to Manchester rd and the back of Rivelin dams

I started the walk at the 51 terminus and walked all down Wyming brook to rivelin and finished in the cafe inside rivelin park. Amazing views, not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs, rivelin is a bit better for that, but around a 6 mile walk and try and do it when it's been dry a few days

Excellent dog walk. We found it easier to walk down the paths to the bottom and then walk back up the waterfall trail.

I love coming here with the dogs and children the scenery is absolutely stunning and is quite enchanting. I would highly recommend coming here in the summer bring a picnic and have a paddle at the top of wyming Brook. And as an added bonus the car park is free although it does get very busy here so you may have trouble finding parking

A wonderful hike for anyone up for a bit of hopping and scrambling over boulders. I love streams and this is one of the most beautiful ones in the Peaks that you can access from Sheffield via public transport

Wyming Brook
Lovely brook to walk along with the dog. Be careful near the water side as it can be quite slippy at times in the wetter months. Luckily there is a nice flat path at the top which leads to the reservoir also.It's a good place to grab some long exposure photography shots of the water with nice mossy rocks and modest but interesting falls.There is free parking which is a bonus.

Rough terrain but well worth it with some good walking boots. The landscape is stunning. Heaven for photographers. Nice circular walk following the brook to the bottom then turning left and coming back over the top to the car park.

A beautiful brook, walked up from Rivelin reservior in a wet October, the path was muddy and wet. recommendation: easier walking up the Wyming brook from Rivelin reservior.
