Very pleased with the fast response and the great advise. We are very thankful in the guidance and support as this work is for a local Rugby club.Lowestoft & Yarmouth RFU. Are happy to have Lowestoft town electrical work for them again.

I accepted a quote from them over 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to do the work! They're not even very good at replying to emails.Response to owner: I'm not sure what business name you currently trade under (it often changes!) but you seem to be awfully confused about 'timelines'!I accepted your initial quote and waited for you to do the work. I asked for the new quote and waited for you to supply a new quote.I leave fair reviews, based on my experiences and facts, so I'm sorry if you think it's a hobby of mine to leave bad reviews. Other customers need to be aware of the problems they will face with businesses like yours and the truth can sometimes hurt!Supply a decent service and you'll get good reviews (or get your mates to leave good reviews for you!). It's as simple as that.

Ben came out at very short notice to repair a faulty smoke alarm which would not turn off. Ben was polite, caring, and professional. He explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He reassured me and gave me confidence in the work that he was doing. I would highly recommend this firm and I will be using them again in the future.

Lowestoft Town Electrical did various works for one of our customers when I was unable to get there. This included running a new supply to an out building and wiring said building. Troy was fantastic. Any issues that came about on the job were quickly sorted. The work was completed to a really high standard and I can't recommend them enough.

Ben answered promptly and tried to help me make the issue safe whilst on the phone.He was helpful and considerate. When I still needed a visit he advised me of when he would arrive and was very punctual. He also had managed to bring the part which prevented the need for a further visit.We had been badly let down by another company and it was getting quite late on a Saturday night when he got to us. I cannot fault his service and professionalism.I would highly recommend him.

This company responded very quickly and the work carried out was excellent. Made sure the area was tidy and clean before leaving. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future for electrical work.
