I want to express thanks to Richard and his whole team for the work that they've recently carried out to create the most amazing patio area and outdoor space. Having seen a sample of their work beforehand I was in no doubt that I wanted to use this Glenns company as the finish and quality of the work was outstanding. The guys turned up early every morning and worked so hard every day, through heavy rain and blazing sun, to create the exact design that I had envisaged. Now its finished, it's even better than I could have ever imagined.I would definitely recommend them as the guys were great to have around, very happy to answer any and all questions I had (and I had many!), and at all times were very conscientious, leaving the work space incredibly tidy at the end of each day.Thank you all for your hard work.

The Glen Humphries team of Richard and Shane did an outstanding piece of work for us in building a Cornish hedge to retain a bank and create a new planting area in our garden. They were punctual, polite and hard working ensuring the finished work was beautifully constructed, sturdy and added to the aesthetic of our garden not just creating a functional feature. We would have no hesitation in employing them again.

Glenn and his team did an outstanding job clearing “the forest” at the front of my house. Nothing phased them. It was excellent work by the guys who just want to ensure that they do a good job. Well done and thanks.

Glenn did come out to the house (Hence 1 star) and said he would take the job, he also said he would be back shortly with ideas and quote. ~That was in August and now it's December! Never returned my calls, text message or email Not even the common courtesy with a follow up to say he was not interested in the job. I would say this is very unprofessional behaviour and surprised you have a business and please note Glen that my time is just as valuable as yours.

From the moment we saw Glenn's drawings of the design for our garden, we knew it was for us . After being delayed by builders finishing work on the bungalow Glenn started in March this year and it was well worth waiting for.The team started at the rear of the bungalow with a brick paved driveway and an extra parking area sorting out drainage issues so we would have no further problems .The lower courtyard/patio with raised beds, slate copings and planting have turned a horrid grey walled space into a luxury area and at night with the strategically placed lighting you could be on a 5 star holiday anywhere in the world.Then the team started working on the front garden that faces the main road into Truro again sorting out drainage, creating sweeping steps down through four levels of garden.What a dramatic difference. So many people have stopped and complemented us on how lovely it looks.We now have a wonderful garden.Thanks to Glenn and his team, who worked diligently come rain or shine. They were hard working and cheerful and a delight to have around answering any concerns we might have had.We can recommend them 100% for anyone who would like a proper job done!!

I'm really happy with the work that has been done in our gardens! Within 3 days, we have had both fileds levelled and seeded, weeded, and our drains made safe! Quick, efficient, and reliable. Great communication from glen and Friendly Staff.

When we had some hedges cut back and underestimated the amount of garden waste Glenn really helped us out. Came along with a huge garden shredder, got rid of it all in an afternoon and left our garden lovely and tidy. Very professional and reliable service, thank you!

UPDATE: I have included some further photos to show how the terrace and planting looks about 5 months on from completion, plus some additional work that Glenn and team have completed. We love what Glenn has done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: We wanted to express our thanks to GHL. We have just had our old deck removed and a new terrace built by Glenn and some of his team (Alex, Aaron, Harry). We had a rough idea of what we wanted and with Glenn and his team’s help and design ideas, we now have a lovely outside space which we can enjoy for years to come. We have been impressed by how hardworking this company are, cheerfully working through heavy rain and full sun. The team are friendly and always willing to answer our questions and explain things to us. The finish and materials are high quality and we would not hesitate to recommend.
