Had a wonderful smoothing keratin treatment with cut and finish. The salon is very pretty and has a lovely ambiance. The stylist was very knowledgeable, professional and really listened the result was a great solution to my horror cut by my last stylist. I’d definitely recommend.

I bought a voucher for my girlfriend, she was very pleased with the service she received, and the staff were very nice, she said she will definitely be returning.

i bought a voucher to get a treatment done, this was the most uncomfortable appointment of my life. I just felt so out of place. I am not saying staff was particularly rude, they were not. staff was very friendly to other customers(in my opinion) but i was hardly spoken to a word. i tried to ask for recommendations for hair product, but no interest in telling a customer that. maybe as an Asian, i am less approachable and have less friendly face as to other customers the smiles and laughter and chats were incredible. wont be going again.Editing after reply: I just reviewed my experience and how i felt. The very reason your response is less empathetic and more aggressive rather than getting into the detail on how and why i felt this way, instead blaming me for feeling the way i felt or rather accusing me of not saying the truth kind of shows why i felt that way.

I get my hair done every 3 months here and have done for the past 7 years. I’m always so happy with my hair and the service I receive. The staff are ultra friendly and chatty!!!

Due to causes out of my control (such us weather condition and traffic), today I arrived to my appointment for a baliage 15 mins late and they refused to do the color because of my delay. I travelled about 20 miles to reach the shop and I asked them if it was possible next time to receive a phone call to inform me if it is was too late to make the color. They handled my feedback very badly saying that she came to work even if in maternity leave (illegally) and I had to pay a charge for cancellation of 50% of the total. I told them that I have not cancelled the appointment but they did, so I was there At my appointment. She asked me to leave the shop and she brutally shut the door in my face. Very disappointed and unprofessional, rude staff! I will never come back.
