Unfortunately after paying quite a lot of money for my small dog groom. I have to discover that his paws was not sorted, hair not trimmed nails not clipped. All of this was included into the full groom. And very important points for a long hair dogs.Disappointed for the second time now, not coming back.

I took my much loved dog Harvey to the girls for a special doggy pamper with the works. He looked and smelt amazing after and I could tell he felt really happy with his experience. The girls treated him like royalty and I will definitely be taking him back

Loved taking my dog for a bath and brush. He also had spa treatments including a blueberry facial and teeth gel. Thank you to the groomers in there for showing an older dog some love.

Our GS is quite anxiety dog but the ladies at the groom room were fantastic. Finally found place where I don't have to help the staff member doing the job I pay for!Highly recommended.

Staff are very unprofessional here. I saw them mussel a dog for no reason when I picked up my puppy. Her first experience of grooming had her coming out looking like something from the 70s and smelling of burning and also gave me homework. Despite the pressure from all staff not to get my deposit back and use it on a future booking, I will never be taking my dog back there. I’ve booked in with a local small business for next time instead. I would recommend you do the same!

Terrible full groom was done today took our dog in as had a couple of matts and asked for a light trim and not to touch her head or tail when we returned we couldn’t believe how she looked.She was shaved to the skin bald in places and now has rashes in several places.She was traumatised from the whole experience and we WILL NOT be returning.Also the staff were very rude and unprofessional.
