KFC Reading Gate Retail Park
Have used them before and were okay but today turned up to order and takeaway before 9:30pm and they had locked the doors - even though opening times clearly state until 10pm and they were still taking orders in the drive through - not useful if you are on foot. also tried twice to order ahead on the app and didn't go through - now i know why - they clearly don't want your service - I wasn't the only one either as someone else tried to open the door when I was there. please avoid - go to a branch that wants to serve you.

KFC Reading Gate Retail Park
Although the tables were empty, we couldn’t even find a single table which is clean enough to sit down. Few rubbish bags were kept near the bin area. Staff needs to be more concern about cleaning the places tidy. I’ve been to more busier KFC’s, but way better when it comes to cleanliness.

KFC Reading Gate Retail Park
KFC at Reading Gate is your typical instance of this franchise. There is a drive through. Enter into the establishment and the self serve kiosk are in front of you to the left. Queues typically aren’t bad and this seems to be one of the quieter food places at Reading Park. Plenty of seating inside and nice and clean on the times I’ve visited. Wait times for food are not bad. Sometimes when you order you will get food that has been sitting in the warmers for a time so not always hot and fresh. It’s okay. Nothing special. Nice to have a KFC now and again.

Ordered 2 meals from this restaurant this evening, which was delivered by Uber eats (without any fuss).When my order arrived (nearly £30 worth!!) KFC had swapped the corn on the cob for coleslaw, and they hadn’t even included the gravy pot which I paid extra for!Not impressed in the slightest, and I will never be ordering from this KFC again.

Horrible experience. Ordered 3 piece variety meal. Missing one pc of chicken and the fries.The Nepalese looking lady who served me (had glasses) seemed angry to be at work. Which I care less about than my fries.Literally do not care about your food.Even if you have to wait and hold up the cars behind you. Check your order is entirely there.When you have nitwits like this working this is on the customer (to then finds out when he gets home)

KFC Reading Gate Retail Park
KFC located on Reading Gate retail Park which has its own drive thru. Entrance to store is at front which is not obvious if you come from the Costa direction. Ordering food is pretty standard in these places. Select your food on a big screen, pay with a card, grab a receipt and present it at the counter. I think you can order and pay by cash the counter.Food was fine. You can't go wrong with chicken strippers and it was interesting that the fries had skins. Outlet was clean.

Can't give -1 or -5 stars as you below ALL KFC regulations, rules, and levels. If you do not have enough stuff, napkins, and cups, why do you decide to open today?Rubbish on almost every single table. Overflowing in bins. Stuff passed defective and dangerous item to me with a smile. He knows that he broke that thing and instead gives me a new one passed dangerous thing anyway.Terrible and worst one not only in the UK, possibly the worst global.

KFC Reading Gate Retail Park
Very disappointed! I took my meal back into the branch to show them that I had a hair on my chicken, the lady took it back of house and then a man brought it back out without the hair on it. They then proceeded to act as if I was lying about the hair, when I had showed the lady beforehand the hair on my chicken. I did not want a refund nor did I want to have my meal replaced, I wanted to inform them that they are selling meals that are unhygienic! They are very rude and have terrible service. I will not be going there again.
