Can't recommend Martyn Russell Agency enough! Super efficient and professional from email communication, house viewing, trouble shooting and end of tenancy hand over. No fuss and prompt return of deposit. The initial communication with Olivia set a reassuring warm tone imparting a human touch rarely seen in business transactions nowadays, house viewing with Martyn, the founder, was well conducted with excellent tips for house maintenance for new comers like us to the UK, requests for servicing needs during tenancy to Dawn and Lorraine were always responded to expeditiously and cheerfully. Landlord was accommodating and beyond kind! Overall, the service was graciously from the heart which greatly imbues our experience of the UK with a rosy hue! My husband and I have just come to the end of our tenancy with Martyn Russell, having rented a property in Reading from them for 2 and a half years. We have rented with a few different letting agents in the past decade, and Martyn Russell have easily been the most approachable, reliable and flexible agents we've ever dealt with.If we ever had an issue or a query, be it a maintenance issue or a query about our tenancy, Lorraine and Dawn from the team were both super responsive and genuinely lovely and friendly to correspond with. Issues were resolved promptly and we were always given appropriate notice of any arrangements for repairs, inspections, and safety checks (i.e. gas cert etc.)The thing we personally valued most, was that as tenants we felt completely supported by them, without feeling smothered. We were given the space to feel like it was our home, while still being supported by the team as agents.We've been so happy renting with the Martyn Russell team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them :)

I’ve recently become a tenant through Martyn Russell and the whole process was fantastic. The team we’ve dealt with have been incredible. We had an initial first call and viewing with Sandra who was lovely and helpful. We then dealt with Olivia and Dawn for a few things who were both equally lovely and helpful.
