Hollins Vale Local Nature Reserve
Tried to find the place with Google. Finished up on an industrial estate with a big iron gate in front of me. Not a sign to be seen. Gave up.

We followed the directions to this place today - to no avail. We found ourselves in the midst of industrial buildings and despite driving round and trying to find a way in, we were unsuccessful!Don't follow these directions or use the post code to find it. Good luck to any one who tries to go here.

Great little nature reserve tucked away in Hollins. Good path network maintained by local conservation group but do wear boots or wellies in all but the dryest weather

Hollins Vale Local Nature Reserve
A lovely hidden gem, perfect for a short walk.There's a few kissing gates so it would be difficult with a pram and there are cows in the field on occasions. Last time they had calves with them so be careful if you have a dog with you!

Hollins Vale Local Nature Reserve
Lovely place for a walk. Loads of wildlife, bird life and insects. Never seen as many dragonflies. Well worth a trip if you’re local to the area.
