Always been a friendly bunch. Nothing fancy or overcomplicated, as a barbers should be. Can get busy at peak times (Saturdays etc). Exceptionally good value.

Good service but extremely busy. Probably my fault for needing to visit on a Saturday. Cash needed to pay.

Pop in here today on the off chance to get my hair cut. the lady did a lovely job. as we we're talking away. I found out that we went to the same school. I will be back in about 6 weeks

Went in to ask for a cut - the member of staff made me feel stupid by telling me that what I wanted would look silly. Zero customer service skills. They made me feel anxious and despite providing a photograph of what I wanted and explaining in detail the cut (which wasn't a challenge) they continued to tell me that I was stupid.I'm not an unreasonable person and don't leave reviews ever but this really upset me.I left here and went to another barbers in town who completed the job and gave some advice on how it could work.I understand some people have bad days but the way I was treated was shameful. I even heard the member of staff calling me names as I left the shop. As someone with anxiety this did not help and I would advise anyone else who feels similar to give this shop a miss.That said, this was one member of staff. It's just a shame they ruined my experience.

This is my regular barbers. Staff are consistent in their cuts and most of the time there is a short wait. Even when it's busy there isn't a massive wait. Best barbers in Kenilworth
