Kerry and his team completed a very complex construction of a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mid terrace house for us.It required the demolition of the original 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house, leaving only the front wall standing. There was no rear access, everything having to be brought through the front of the property.We worked with Kerry and his team for 10 months, overcoming numerous unforseen problems, including excavating and opening up a cellar, which now makes a terrific new study.Throughout the process, we had great communication from KSW, and Kerry and all of his team were always there to support us in all the decisions that had to be made.We now have a fantastic new home, which I am sure would have been almost impossible to achieve with any other builder!I would thoroughly recommend KSW Developments without hesitation.

Kerry and team did a garage conversion and kitchen extension. They delivered an excellent finish and kept us well appraised throughout the project and ensured that we had minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.
