Mac Repair Birmingham

Took my iPad in as the screen had an area that would not allow me to draw on it was around an inch in width, from top to bottom.The shop was told about the problem, they had it for 2 days and admitted they hadn't tested it. They were told this happens after 20 mins of it being used. They then said the battery was fine, and the screen was ok. When asked if they had tested it after having it on for twenty mins, they said no.I despair.Any advice were I can find a decent Mac repair shop.

I decided to come here as I did not want to go to someones house with a bedroom opporation repair service like many on line.After discovering the good reviews here on Google I headed over to Mac Repair. I was not disappointed. The techs here are knowledgeable and very helpful.Will fixed my MacBook pro the same day couldn't ask for better customer service, and will return for any future issues.

This place is a grea tfind and am really happy with Will for fixing my MacBook pro. Silly me! I knocked a glass of wine over my keyboard and the MacBook just went dead! I left it a couple of days to see if it would come back on but it did'nt. Called Mac Repair and I was able to be seen the same day and I was told that my MacBook should be able to be fixed. It took only 24 hours and my computer wa fixed like new and back without any data loss. I will always use these guy from now on.

I had another really awesome experience with Mac Repair. THe company is my go to place whenever I have any issues (never use the Apple storte anymore)!I took my 4+ year old MacBook Pro in here while on business in Birmingham as the battery was running down in less than 2 hours.The guys at Mac Repair Birmingham had a battery in stock and was able to change it while I waited, no waiting around like the Apple store. Truly 1st class.

Stay far away from these cowboys, I paid an express fee to fix my IPhone 7 which had a smashed screen. Four days later whilst I was out of the country the phone began playing up hugely started sending people in my contacts pictures and messages! I returned to the store and had the phone fixed again (as a gesture of good will apparently) A month later the half the screen stopped working! After taking my phone to an apple certified shop I found that the inside of my phone was missing screws and had parts broken off of it vital parts at that. To me this was done maliciously not to mention the screen was a cheap Chinese copy that I could of got myself off of eBay. I'm disgusted to know that people are being mislead and that my hard earned money was basically thrown down the drain. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THESE PEOPLE.

First class service at replacing my Macbook screen. Rang around a few places and went with Mac Repair because it was a shop with a good rep. My mum used this place for her Macbook upgrade last year so was happy to give them my laptop.

You know with a shop so clean, they clearly care about what they're doing - and the vintage Apple kit in the window is amazing!Had my iPhone X battery replaced by these folks and was genuinely impressed with the 1 hour turnaround time - Apple quoted several working days.Thanks again Joe for the efficient and friendly service

Have used the Mac Repair brand a few times throughout the Uk over the years and have always been very happy with the support. Birmingham has been no exception.Will was able to figure out the issue with my Macbook very quickly and kept me updated on each step of the process of fixing it.I'm going to come back next week for my iPad screen repair so say no more!

Fixed my mac at a fraction of the cost of going direct to apple. Really impressed with the service received. Would definitely recommend
