So after numerous inspections, allegedly for mortgage purposes, and reassurances that their apartments were not being sold, the residents of Borron House, Newton le Willows, have unexpectedly received Section 21 notices from the housing association Kings crown have sold to. Residents have to be out 4 days before Christmas. Surprisingly Kingscrown cannot be reached by telephone on the day the notices were served. Merry Christmas you deceitful, lying, cowards.

I rented a property from Kingscrown Properties for around 13 months.They have recently sold the building (which I'm gutted about - as I loved the building, apartment and maintenance). They have been super efficient from start to end, with support moving into my new property and good communication.Laura was always contactable and very efficient in responding to emails/answering the phone. She is an asset to the team, and has a lovely phone/email manner.I would certainly rent a property from Kingcrown Properties again, and I wish the business nothing but success in the future.

Excellent landlord! I was very sorry to have to leave the property, would have never left however they were selling this.Gave me plenty of notice and helped me with the process of moving.I can’t understand any negative reviews in regards to them selling properties as they do everything above board and went above and beyond to take the stress away for me.I lived in the Posting House for nearly five years and I’ve always had the repairs done quickly and had a fabulous service!Thankyou Kingscrown Properties for a great 5 years!

Kingscrown have been a brilliant management company during my tenancy over the last 2 years. Organising repairs and sorting issues in a timely manner and open to ideas to help tenants going forward. The only reason for leaving is getting onto the property ladder myself. No issues throughout tenancy and very helpful when finishing tenancy

Decided to sell the building in the middle of a pandemic making 6 households (3 key workers) have to move. I've been a tenant for 6 years, never a late payment, caused no issues. Stressful is not the word. Absolutely vile scummy company. Avoid!
