After 12 years of not going to the dentist because of my bad phobia, I could not of been given any better treatment then I was given by all the staff. Staff were very patient with me, and all the girls were lovely, considering I was blubbering all over the place.Keep up the fantastic work, your all brilliant.

After lack of equipment, cancelled appointments and total inability to organise a business, I’ve lost £510 in wages, all I wanted was a very painful tooth removed and this dentist was literally incapable. I was warned around town not to go here by multiple people, I wish I had listened.There’s a reason they take private but not nhs, ££££ greed. Can’t compensate my losses but can afford an electric barrier on their tiny car park. Just disgraceful.Manager also insinuated her boyfriend will be sending me angry messages, because I dared to complain about the abysmal service. Class act.

My mum, who is 86 and uses a walking frame, travelled on a bus to get to her appointment. The buses run once an hour. The bus was late, and didn't stop when she pressed the bell, meaning she then had a 15 minute walk to get to her appointment. She was 10 minutes late, and the dentist refused to see her. I think this is a disgusting way to treat people. There was no-one else in the waiting room, so he could have seen her, he was just being pig headed.The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the receptionist was very understanding and apologeticI feel professionals should take the time to hear peoples reasons for being late and treat them fairly.

I paid for a check up for my son who had not visited for some years previously. Apparently he could no longer be seen on the NHS and is now a private patient.The dentist took one look at his teeth and declared they looked fine. No x-rays so any problems there might have been would have gone untreated.This took 2 minutes and cost over £50.He is now with a smaller practise in Weymouth which has patient care as its focus, not just money.

Just had 1/2 hr Hygienist treatment at MyDentist in Allington with Sharon Foxhall. It was the best and most effective I have had in my entire life. Sharon was so professional but also friendly, kind and understanding. Highly recommended!!

Total dental phobic, however Danielle Caddy and her nurse are brilliant, put me at ease and couldn’t have been kinder or more efficient. Would highly recommend this practice to everyone

Really good and kind service and helpful staff. The front of the house staff, nurses and Dr Caddy are providing an excellent service within the limited capacity they have.

Danielle is amazing as always, so lucky to have a local lady as a dentist. Really brilliant with the kiddies, the staff are fantastic too. There’s 6 of us and we all go in at the same time.
