I would highly recommend these guys. They have come to fit a new boiler. they have done an amazing job. All done in a long day, as well as fixing some interesting" pipe work and fitting new radiator valves. The advice that as provided was excellent. They are really helpful

Amazing service. We had a burst water main pipe when we returned from our holidays. Tried several plumbers and Ben was busy, but still able to respond very quickly, thankfully! He was not only able to send someone to solve the plumbing problem but also to provide other multi skilled professionals to help to get everything sorted. First class service.

Would highly recommend! Ben has recently renovated my en-suite and WC to an exceptionally high standard. He came around to quote within a couple of days of me contacting him and was great at visualising the finished article and giving me ideas of what could be done. He provided a full quote within a couple of day, talking me through areas we could cut back on if the quote was over budget. I didn’t cut back as I wanted everything we’d talked about doing, and I felt the quote was reasonable. He started the work approximately 2 weeks later and had all the trades lined up. The trades he used were also fantastic; very productive and very tidy. Ben and his team had both bathrooms done in just over a week and the place was spotless every evening and when they’d finished. Ben was always contactable either on the phone or via text throughout the whole process. I am so happy with both bathrooms! Already booked him back in to service my boiler next week!

We have just had a new hot water cylinder fitted and it has been the most awkward and difficult job - our original plumbing was a nightmare!I have been so impressed - the careful planning, assessing, attention to detail has been fabulous - and a tank literally three times the size of our old one has been perfectly installed into our original airing cupboard - the pipework so well executed that the door shuts perfectly.I am beyond impressed! And loving the piping hot water - that doesn't run out halfway through!

Stripped existing bathroom and fitted new wet room. Professional service, and great results. Ben didn't want any payment until both he and I were happy with the completed works. All worked really hard to stick to schedule despite encountering unforeseen problems. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service, they pre-scheduled the work, turned up exactly on time & finished exactly on time. We had all new heating system & radiators so a massive job. Ben & his team are so incredibly professional I honestly can’t recommend them enough, so much so I have asked them to rip out the bathroom and install all new, which involves ripping out walls but again I know he’ll do an amazing job.

Ben and his team are highly professional and effortlessly solve every problem you ask them to fix. we rely on them to quickly deal with breakdowns as we run a small airbnb and they never lets us down. They also installed our home heating system and we are so glad we went with Ben and the team. There expertise is second to none and when they are working in your home they are polite, tidy and respectful. Ben is passionate about his job and really wants every customer to have what best meets their needs. Good old fashioned customer service is a rare find these days, so we're glad to have Ben and his team as people we can call.

I have had Ben and Josh four times for four separate jobs over the last nine months. I have been highly impressed - I always get a call back within a few hours and an appointment within a few days - sometimes the same day. I have seen Josh four times - he is very friendly and polite. Very neat and professional. Always explains the issue and the possible solutions. He is extremely competent and I have been delighted with his work which seems to have been carried out to the highest standard. On one occasion when a job - which should have been straightforward turned out to be rather tricky (I have inherited the most peculiar and badly maintained boiler and plumbing in my house) Josh stayed for two and a half hours to try and get it right when he was expecting to be with me for half an hour - and then Ben came in the evening - this was a Saturday night - after a job he had been doing - and got everything working so we weren't without hot water - amazing customer service! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ben and his team did an absolutely fabulous job with my bathroom! So thrilled with it! He guided me through the whole process expertly, making fantastic suggestions on how to best optimise the space. Can’t do anything but to praise him and his team highly! And very good clean up job afterwards! A friend came to visit last week to stay overnight, her comment was ‘this is like a luxury hotel bathroom’ . Can’t recommend him highly enough!! Supreme quality work, great customer care!!
