What a pleasure to travel with this company, nothing was to much trouble not only from the first pick up from where we live but from Penrith to Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo.We stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Whitburn who also looked after us to a high standard with an excellent dinner and a superb breakfast on our departure the next day.Many thanks to all at K&B travelFrom Ken & Barbie (no relation)

Thanks to the staff we’ve had a fabulous festival regardless of the bad weather. All the staff have been helpful and pleasant other than the female driver who is rude and embarrassing to the company.Sorry for the one star but that’s all I can score for this one member of staff spoiling our weekend

What a shame that K & B Travel employ such a rude lady driver. We have now attended the Penrith Festival for 2 years and up until yesterday I would have had nothing but good things to say about this bus company and its drivers. All other drivers have been happy, welcoming and lovely to deal with. However after attending the 3rd day yesterday to see just 2 acts we decided to leave early and I was so shocked at the attitude of the lady driver. Given the amount of mud in the fields, she demanded I try and clean my shoes before getting on the bus despite letting 4 other people on with equally muddy boots before me . Please also note she had lined to floor with cardboard. So despite me standing for 10 minutes waiting for the bus scraping and wiping my boots on the ground and barriers to try and remove the worst of the offending matter, off I dutifully went to the muddy grass to try and appease her only to be hear afterwards she was muttering to herself saying 'it's really not that hard'...I beg to differ. After 2 days of severe downpours the field and paths were like mud baths. If this bus company wants to bid for the contract for festivals in the UK then they need to realise that the UK weather is likely to play havoc with the cleanliness of their buses if the weather turns and I assume they will have factored into their contract terms the cost of cleaning afterwards. I am also disgusted that she claimed we were 'pissed up' after just a few hours at the festival. We most certainly were not. There are courses available to improve customer service experience and this lady certainly would benefit from attending one. God help the rest of the festival goers if she was in such a fowl mood by 6pm. Shocking behaviour! Going back to my original statement it's such a shame one person can have such a detrimental impact on a company's reputation. Perhaps she would be more suited to back office work? Interestingly, we met a young girl later on in Penrith who told us this lady had also been rude to her and her mum! Perhaps a leopard will never change its spots.

Had a Wonderfull trip to Edinburgh today.

I was wanting a quote for a shuttle for our wedding in may 2020 so we emailed, and rang them and never received a quote after the lady had said she would call us back. So on our third attempt we rang them and the same lady who answered was very rude and had an attitude, which has completely put us off from booking with this company.
